this was another school assignment.
On Friday I ate weetbix with sugar for breakfast. For recess I ate grapes and strawberries, lcm split stix, namme noodles. For lunch I had a cheese and bacon roll and two toffees. After school I had left over roast potatos,chicken, peas and chocolate cake roll. For dinner I had beef kebabs with onions and mushrooms with fried rice and an extra snack, spaghetti. For dessert I had carrot cake. Over the day i drank mineral water, lemonade and water. Over all my daily in take of food was majority healthy. The food I ate was in these food groups wheat, fruit and vegies, poultry and extras. I think I could improve it by eating less extra snacks.
